I have been facing an issue with the 'Self Generate Bill' option in the Suvidha app for the past year. After entering the consumer ID and proceeding, the app shows an error without any message. This problem has been there for a long time, yet the feature is still available to the public without being fixed. Please look into this and resolve it soon.

I updated the app on 13th August 2025, but it still isn’t working. Don’t you check it before releasing? It seems like your developer is just releasing the app every 1–3 days without properly testing it. Even after so many user reviews, the developer doesn’t feel ashamed to release it without fixing the bugs. Instead of resolving the issues, they are pushing out daily updates with the same problems.

The app is not working after new version is updated. It's menu buttons are under the android default buttons, making them inaccessible. I am using Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. PlayStore has no provision to upload pic otherwise I would have done it.
