BSPHCL aims at providing smooth and hassle free services to its Consumers.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not working after new version is updated. It's menu buttons are under the android default buttons, making them inaccessible. I am using Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. PlayStore has no provision to upload pic otherwise I would have done it.

Did you not check before releasing it? It seems like you just released it to show some progress. One of the bills isn't even downloading. This is the worst app I've used. And the developer seems even worse—has no idea whether the bugs are fixed or not, and is still going ahead with the release."

The app is not working since 20.05.25, I have been trying to pay the electricity bill since the date above mentioned but every time it's showing access is denied in pilot area. Before it was working fine and I used to pay the bill through this app but now it's not working which is creating problem in paying the bill online. Even I tried it's customer care service 1912 but it's not responsive.
