There is a Glitch on the app, whenever I try to check application status using the Mobil number and wait for OTP and when you try to Enter OTP, the app gets automatically back. 2nd thing is You can't Change Load once Documents get approved this is not a glitch but a missing service while applying for new smart meter.

I have been facing an issue with the 'Self Generate Bill' option in the Suvidha app for the past year. After entering the consumer ID and proceeding, the app shows an error without any message. This problem has been there for a long time, yet the feature is still available to the public without being fixed. Please look into this and resolve it soon.

applied for new connection, each and everytime they make a pit hole that documents provided is blurred, but if you committed bribe , then same document became crystal clear. If you don't bribe a single pie you can't get a new connection, worst department of India.
