I have been facing an issue with the 'Self Generate Bill' option in the Suvidha app for the past year. After entering the consumer ID and proceeding, the app shows an error without any message. This problem has been there for a long time, yet the feature is still available to the public without being fixed. Please look into this and resolve it soon.

After updating the app today, when i am trying to check status of my new connection request, it is sending otp for verification and returning to home page instead of moving forward to document submission. Also previously if any officer has put hold on any document it is not clear which document is required to be resubmitted whole bunch of documents has to be uploaded again. typical govt attitude of not doing work, tough the department has been privatized. you can privatize department not emplo'

There is a Glitch on the app, whenever I try to check application status using the Mobil number and wait for OTP and when you try to Enter OTP, the app gets automatically back. 2nd thing is You can't Change Load once Documents get approved this is not a glitch but a missing service while applying for new smart meter.
