Ratings and reviews

It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

I cannot recommend this exchange. The only real benefit to using it over others is that you can sign up without having to do KYC and get rewards for trading. However, it wasn't long after using it that they began "requesting" me to complete KYC. Of course, it's not really a request. They want you to send in a copy of your passport and a video recording. If you are going to do that, don't do it on a Chinese exchange. Use a reputable U.S. exchange. Otherwise, use Weex, Blofin, or something else.

The app is pretty cool but there's so much attached to it for those trading with them. if you mistakenly loss your 2FA verification the process to retrieve it back or have access to your account with them is hell stressful, general experience in this regards is very very bad.
