Ratings and reviews

Good exchange at first with a lot of reward opportunities. However, after a while, they will block you from getting rewards (even with NO warning that you was doing anything wrong) and when you ask about it or how to fix it, they will not give a straight answer and leave you even more confused, and of course, no phone number to actually call and talk to them.

Way too many bugs and issues now that i started using the app more so I had to change my rating to one star rating. Constantly have to close and re-open the app because it will not show what positions I have open. Other times I want to open a long or short and it shows I have no funds available and when I look at my balances, there is plenty available so I have to close and re-open the app multiple times before it works. Other times, the buttons just won't work to open a long or short. Garbage!!

I originally gave this app a bad review, and I'm still unhappy because I got liquidated on a trade I should have made for $500% on because of a 10% +/- variable that got set off before my stop loss was reached... and it was never reached. However, I've since found out this is standard on almost every exchange and Weex has the best setup I've found so far, and is the easiest to work with.
