About this app

OBC Code Finder puts the Ontario Building Code 2024 in your pocket — fully offline, no account, no ads.

• Complete code, offline — the full Division B content is bundled in the app. Works without internet.
• Fast search — find any clause, sentence, or table by number or keyword, with highlighted matches.
• Book-style browsing — the whole code reads like a book. Tap a section to expand, tap again to open the full article.
• Cross-references — tap any referenced article to jump straight to it.
• Zoomable tables & figures — wide tables and figures open full-screen with pinch-to-zoom.
• Bookmarks — save the clauses you use often for quick access.
• Adjustable text size — make it comfortable to read.
• Dark mode — easy on the eyes at night.

Built for anyone who works with the Ontario Building Code.
