Since the new update last year, many small features of the old app weren't carried over to this new app. They also seem to not take feedback about bugs in functionality seriously, as they refer to them as feature requests when they're actually breaking the experience or leading to loss of some transaction information. Their banking itself works, the app is a bit of a mess though, as they don't care much about QOL improvements. Customer Service severely lacking regarding app development

Recent updates made the user experience worse! So annoying that you removed the auto formatting for "betaalkenmerk" while typing the 16 numbers. It was very helpful for checking whether I typed in the correct number. Also annoying that when you are when you are in an account and want to take money from that account, the default is the main bank account instead of the account you are in like it used to be. Horrible! But hey the app looks fancy with the colors in the background.

Dank voor je eerlijke feedback. We snappen dat het ontbreken van de automatische opmaak en het wijzigen van standaardinstellingen frustratie oplevert. We nemen je punten serieus en bekijken hoe we dit kunnen verbeteren. Fijn dat je de nieuwe vormgeving waardeert!

Overall okay, nice UI, easy to use. Annoying that when using the app to log in on the website, I first log in to the app, find the scan button, and then I have to log in again three seconds later. Fast enough, but it's a poor user flow. And why is it called Bankieren after installation? The bank is called knab. I'd expect the app to be called the same. You're not the only banking app in existence, and people often have more than one installed. Very annoying.
