useless. loses the details of the new booking you've nearly completed, ie just as you reach the payment stage. having to start the process from scratch from the desktop version (when that works!) was not the best use of my time, especially considering the price had gone up in the meantime. Uninstalled.

I like the service and affordability of Transavia but I think this application could use some necessary updates like alerts for gate number, check in time etc. I just travelled with the airline and I had to find all of this by myself. I also noticed that some pictures dont load and to me the application doesn't feel fully completed. Besides that Transavia is a good airline.

I would say that both the app and the experience with the app while flying are ALMOST perfect.. The only thing it's missing in my opinion would be the option to set a desired travel time when searching for tickets, so that it will only show you the dates with available tickets that fall within the departure and arrival time you are looking for.. A good reason for this is for example if your transport to Schiphol is the train, which doesn't run after 23:00, which disqualifies any of those tickets
