ok if things go well. when you have a delay, this app is useless compared with the Easyjet app. no info on the new times, no boarding announcements.

very frustrating to keep paying then getting messages that the payment was not taken! it happened with the booking, the changes i made to my dates and to my bagages.

A true budget airline, they don't even allow strollers in the cabin even though half the bins are empty because nobody pays their ridiculous fees. The app does not show luggage status like other airlines so I have no way to know if the stroller actually made it on the plane. The app doesn't seem to do anything the website can't do.
