Ratings and reviews

It's arguably the best you can get in Minsk. But the app is still unclear and unpredictable from time to time (I'm using Samsung S10e, so it's not a device related issue). I've offered help to managers as an experienced SW developer. They seems to be not much interested( The worst issues: * Errors messages are irrelevant from time to time. * Access to location is required for opening the car. It drains the battery.

The cars and the app and the customer service are cool. The only problem is they stopped accepting non-residents. Peesonally I would add in app navigation while driving and integrate with city mobility apps like Kolobike.

Hi, This app is amazing for car rental...Nothing bad ... But I got a problem in understanding how the fare is calculated... Cause I selected 30 min pack = 3.90 Byn and reached my destiny in 24 min ...After the ride the fare was 6.90 Byn....and shows you've over driven the milage....+2.60 byn...!!? Please can you tell what is km range for 30 min pack....
