I was at a bus stop wanting to buy a bus ticket. After entering my phone number, address of residence, scanning my documents, and taking a selfie I've got a message that I'd need to wait when an operator check entered information. Do I even need to say, that nothing happened in hours. Maybe it's a good banking app, but the advertisement at the bus stop is misleading. You can't use it to quickly buy a ticket ad-hoc.

You downloaded it from the "Finance" section, not "Cars and transport".

I tried for an hour to register. All ends with shutting down app.And all this happens after taking a face photo for identification.I know, what developers will recommend,but trust me,I tried all ways.Cleared cash, tried to reinstalling and waiting with logging in...Unhelpful.Gracias. Upd: wrote to your contact center that day.Still waiting for answer😄This shows how you guys working

Had the worst experience when I changed my phone number. Contact center guys don't know what to do and refer to the bank. The same thing happens with the bank also. This is the worst payment app I have used recently.

When changing the phone number in accordance with the documents regulating the rules for settlements with electronic money "Pay" the issuing bank of which is Belinvestbank OJSC, the client undertakes to inform the Issuing Bank of all changes within 10 business days after such changes by personally contacting the Issuing Bank.
