ABMBooks Invoicing brings the full power of the ABMBooks accounting platform to your Android device. Designed for accounting professionals, business owners, and authorized team members, the app gives you real-time access to your invoicing operations — wherever you are.

DASHBOARD
Get an instant overview of your business finances with four key stat cards: Outstanding Invoices, Total Collected, Open Quotes, and Overdue Invoices. Use Quick Actions to jump straight into creating a new invoice, quote, payment, or customer record in seconds.

INVOICES
Create, view, edit, and manage invoices with ease. Record payments against outstanding balances, send invoice PDFs or payment links directly to customers via email, print invoice reports, and void invoices when needed. Filter your invoice list by payment status — Unpaid, Partially Paid, Paid, or Overdue — and search by invoice number or customer name.

QUOTES
Build professional quotes with line items, tax types, and catalog items. Change quote status between Draft, Approved, and Archived. Approved quotes automatically generate an invoice on the backend — tap the Invoice button on any approved quote to navigate directly to it.

PAYMENTS
View payment history for any invoice. Record new payments with full details: amount, date, payment method, deposit account, reference ID, and notes. The app validates against overpayment and pre-fills the outstanding balance automatically.

CUSTOMERS
Manage your customer list with full contact details, address, tax settings, and notes. View each customer's related invoices and outstanding balance at a glance. Create new invoices for a customer directly from their detail screen.
