I was told in a reminder message my price was going up to $59.99 anaully. Now its telling me $199.99 annually for unlimited invoices. Which was a feature I already had for a cheaper price. Been using this program for 5 years. What a shame with the price hikes and little to no upgrades/changes on anything. When I first started using this app in 2020 is was $19.99.

Been using this service for 8 years now, had 0 complaints in the past. It USED TO BE exactly what we needed. The last year they have more than doubled the price while at the same time they are minimizing the features. Forcing you to pay even more for a "higher tier" to get what you had in the past. STAY AWAY. Used to be a great service at a great price until GREED took over. Look elsewhere.

I've lost 15 minutes of progress at a time on this app. I've written notes at the bottom of an invoice. Next, I just switched apps for 3 seconds. When I came back to the invoices app, all my work was lost, and I had to start over. Time is money, and I can't afford to run a business having to redo work. Also, It'd be nice to be able to scroll left or right amongst the opened view of the actual invoices, especially for the invoices that pop up when you use the search bar.
