About this app

MyHealth Records is an online tool that lets Albertans 14 years of age or older see some of their health information from Alberta Netcare, the provincial electronic health record.

MyHealth Records also lets you keep better track of your health in one secure place. You can get, store, and manage your personal health information.

My Health Records lets you:
- access your lab test results, as soon as they’re ready
- see medicines you received from community pharmacies
- see most immunizations you received in Alberta
- keep journals to track your mood, sleep, weight and fitness goals
- upload and track information from your personal health devices, including blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, and fitness trackers that are supported by My Health Records
- print out reports to share with your healthcare providers
- share your record with someone you trust
- safely exchange messages with your healthcare providers, provided they are using the same messaging tool
- add and store other personal health information

I'm trying to access my Alberta Health records to share with Saskatchewan health providers. I downloaded the app again to do this (don't understand why we can't do it from the site) and I can't get past the "get started" screen. It just shows a blank white screen with the URL on top. There are no options for troubleshooting or anything. I have the latest version and the app worked perfectly fine on my phone a little over a year ago, when I still lived in Alberta.

My experience with this app was great for the first 2 month's, then for some reason after December 2 2025 it stopped giving me updates and calling in to my clinic is a literal nightmare because they never call you back. Someone please check into this app and fix the bugs

Terrible app. It always requires tons of logins and transitions from one website to another. When you open the App, it send you to the Alberta Website, then what's the point to have an app? And finally after many logins and sign-ins it brings back to app and again I get an error that the system was waiting too long. I close the app and try again and nothing helps.
