I finally found out that they're having technical difficulties so you can't verify your identify via video recording, you have to use the video call function for immediate approval. If you previously 'got validated' using your video recording but can't log in, uninstall and reinstall then do video call verification. Should work.

I've updated, un-installed, reinstalled, gone through the whole process twice to register and confirm my identity only to have the app doom spiral and never actually connect to my computer to sign in with. This app used to work beautifully and used it for years quite happily. Not sure what changed but it's incredibly frustrating.

tried opening on new phone, won't let me unless I transfer from previous phone. fine. tried opening on old phone , my account is 'deactivated', and now I have to re verify my identity.....fine. after waiting several days i open the phone and now it doesn't even load. tried restarting many times. can't login on old phone, can't login on new phone, can't login to web app because it doesn't recognize my email, password or serial number on my services card. jump 4000 hoops have achieved nothing
