The app itself is fine, but having to reset/uninstall and reinstall the app every single time you want to do something is super frustrating. If you are going to use the app, which you pretty much have to living in BC, ensure you do two or three days in advance so your identity can be checked every time as it can take a few days. Even after reset sometime you may have to reset again as it still won't work.

Frustrating, slow, inefficient. Other provinces with less funding are doing it better (easier) and the person who was supposed to support me through installation after many failed attempts was also confused and seemed to be on the learning curve with me..this is unacceptable for a provincial body that holds access to so many important things (Student Loans, health records etc.) Please improve and save us from needless complications. Very inaccessible and that's to those without disabilities.

Reset and cleared cache. Reinstall. Frustration. I never understood the need for such a convoluted way to access my health records. Why not just use security like the banks? Fyi Still no access to my records. This is ridiculous i need to send in another video. I found the first one an invasion of privacy. Also, please make access without a phone or weird token thing.
