Shouldn't show an option to upload video for verification if it doesn't work for everyone. I uploaded the video and got an email saying verification is completed, I just need to open the app. When I opened the app it told me to transfer my account from another device! No idea where that came from. I called the customer service and their solution was to reinstall the app and choose the live video call option for verification instead of uploading the video.

Low quality, unreliable solution. I was logged out due to inactivity. Cannot log back in as my BC Services card was "Card not found". When it worked, it wasn't particularly useful either, so I wanted to delete it so it doesn't clutter my phone. However, services I tried to access on my PC required the app to validate my identity, which sucks, and also doesn't work :/

I've just spent the better part of an hour (AGAIN) trying to log in to this app. Can't even uninstall it and start again. I'm usually pretty good at downloading, installing, etc. Lots of other aps work just fine! This one tries to get me to log in the supply a password. I've no idea what it is anymore. Can I say "forgot password" or some help to get a new one? No! That would make too much sense. Give this one a hard pass, folks! What a colossal waste of time.
