I have to keep verifying, again and again. You blame the user for using a VPN, but thats security online today. When I finally do get in, each pdf or external link boots me back to the main menu and I have to start all over again. Accessing more than 1 record is tedious and time consuming, spending more time navigating menues than accessing information. I realize security is important, but you've clearly sacrificed all usability for security and arrived at an app that is not functional.

Hi Siak, your smartphone shows to be running an Android Beta 16 operating system which is not supported by the app. Please set your phone back to an approved operating system and try again with downloading and installing the app. Then use video call. If you need assistance, please contact us at BCServicesCard@gov.bc.ca or 1-800-356-2741.

App is glitchy, constantly have to enter new pairing codes with a trusted computer because it forgets them, randomly throws an error that it's not installed properly requiring a restart, and on and on. Needlessly complicated and unreliable system, where a simple username and password used to work just fine.

Really buggy and constantly letting me down. It hangs and doesn't resolve when connecting to revenue services. reply to response: support has been contacted! App developer says it's not them (I can connect to other BC gov services). Billing and payment services says it's the app. Both asked me to reinstall which I did. Same result on both a phone and desktop. very frustrating not being able to talk to anyone who knows anything about how the back end of this works. I get the same script.

Hi Phil, the BCSC verifies your identity however each Govt service has to authorize your access. You say you can connect to other Govt services so we know the app is working as designed. Would you please contact us by email at BCServicesCard@gov.bc.ca so we can assist you.
