Ratings and reviews

In map view when I tap on a red dot to view details of a fire, 80% of the time it just shows 'identified features' at the top of the screen and nothing happens. Those few times it does show results, if I hit 'full details' nothing happens, it's as if the button does not exist. As a firefighteror myself, such an important safety app relied on to be informed of dangerous wildfires, this app needs attention asap!!! It's currently the most dysfunctional app on my phone, which is not good enough.

Edit July 2024: App is still broken, developers are really pulling the "have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling" instead of fixing an OBVIOUSLY BROKEN APP. Pre-edit May 2024: Unable to use on older generations of phones, the map lags and is unreadable leaving a mostly blank screen with a thin strip on the top of the map. Should definitely put more effort into the usability of this app if this is the only reliable way to find up-to-date, potentially life-saving, information.

This used to be a great app but now it's absolutely awful. It's painfully slow, when it works at all. The zoom only works when it wants to and either zooms in too far, or not enough. Clicking on a fire to get the information about it MIGHT do something, eventually, if you're lucky...... This used to be an awesome app but it's completely useless now.
