I have been using this app for some time now and I really do enjoy how convenient it's to do transactions. One thing I wish the work on is the customer service support. The sound is always breaking I could bearly hear anything. I recently made a transfer to Nigeria and the transaction has been waiting for the passed 3 hours. Only for me to contact support and she said transfer to Nigeria has been very slow and has to be canceled and there wasn't warning on the App. Still waiting cancelation😌

creating an account is a little tedious, but believe me, the rates are the best across all the platforms I have tried. Also, once your account is validated, the rest becomes a smooth process.

Creating the account is tedious. Asking too many PIIs. Error indicators are generic, not attached to a field. The app needs more transparency about what they do with the personnal information of the users. For example: - Profession is mandatory where it should not Building is a mandatory field where it should not - Registration error is too generic: "cannot refer yourself" without an indication of where the error is and doesn't say why. Usage of your information is not explicit enough.
