App concept and features are great but it is constantly freezing on me. I have to keep reopening and then I get a few seconds before it freezes again. It has been doing this for at least a year now. I've tried clearing cache and fresh reinstalls and still happens. I wish they'd fix it. I have an android pixel 4a

I used this app a few times, and I never had a good experience. Their back and forth process between care manager and nuses are very time-consuming and ineffective, and they couldn't properly dignosis and gave me the wrong prescription. I ended up visiting my family doctor, and she solved my issue very quickly and easily. I wouldn't recommend this app.

The app doesn't work anymore with the latest version. Note 10+ Update : thanks for the support, everything is working now!
