I wish Google would introduce 0 stars. I changed my phone and tried to log into the app for the first time. I had to enter my information again for some reason, and all my family members are gone. I then wanted to add my son to ask a question. For some reason the calendar is set to 1976 and you can not manually enter the date. So I had to scroll through 46 years to get to 2022. And when I selected his birthday the app still set it as August 1976. Absolutely ridiculous!

Dialogue access is provided by my partner's employer and it's very helpful. As a lifestyle/health app it's great for Reminders and information. As a portal for connecting with support providers (therapists, career counselling, physical health) it's been wonderful. Very professionally knowledgeable people have been connected to me, and you can work with the same person over time. Great app, and very caring people, great User interface, easy to navigate.

App doesn't work in multiple areas: Can't create an account (verification email doesn't work), can't respond to messages. I typed at support and they sent me to the website where I was able to look into booking appointments that turned out to not fit my schedule. I reviewed other sections of the app like the mental health section. All in app selections took several seconds of loading. I deleted it, as that seemed the most stress free. (Their follow up below was didn't address any of the issues)
