Consult our team of licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and healthcare professionals by chat, audio or video at home, at the office or on-the-go. You can also renew prescriptions with free home delivery, and get referrals for medical specialists, lab tests, and more.

Dialogue is your go-to medical resource for:

App concept and features are great but it is constantly freezing on me. I have to keep reopening and then I get a few seconds before it freezes again. It has been doing this for at least a year now. I've tried clearing cache and fresh reinstalls and still happens. I wish they'd fix it. I have an android pixel 4a

Time booking logic is broken or inneficient: while a calendar date picker could be offered, instead you have to plan through text and a waitlist and waiting for 200 persons between each step. The call of the nurse also doesn't do a phone notification which is another tech problem. Also, some nurses are amazing and nice and helpful, and other are quite disagreeable. The biggest limitation is the freaking health care system itself that doesn't allow some things to be checked remote while it could.

Convenient, helpful, efficient and everyone I have spoken to was very kind. Only negative aspect is that the app itself is slow sometimes. Takes a while to load.
