Works It's useful and convenient. So far looks like 3/4 of the requests I submitted were resolved.

Very good app to alert CoE I have so far 2 out of 2 cases resolved within a day after submitting through this app. It seems like this is very efficient. I'd give one more star if the report categories are well organized and meaningful. Yet Kudos to the team

It Worked! I opened a request and it was filled. The Edmonton 311 app worked. There was a gravel covered side walk where I walk at lunch and after submitting it through the app the side walk was cleaned up. Awesome.

A good idea, but from what I've seen, I suspect its purpose is to fool you into thinking the city is actually listening. I've complained about the moon craters in my alley for over a year. Every time I open a request, a few days later the request is "closed" -- yet no work has ever been done at all. Well played, City of Edmonton, well played ...
