If you are a young person or a caregiver of a young person aged 12 to 24, living in British Columbia, we are here to support you. The Foundry BC app offers drop-in and scheduled counselling, peer support, groups and other services as well as tools and resources that support you in living a good life.
The app features:
My Story: A place to write your story in your own words and share it with service providers so you only have to tell your story once.
Drop-in virtual appointments: Talk to someone right when you need to via messaging, audio or video sessions by joining our drop-in queue.
Scheduled virtual appointments: Book appointments up to two weeks in advance, at a time that works best for you. Read our service providers’ bios and choose someone you connect with.
Group sessions: Sign up for groups to get support and connect with other young people or caregivers.
Full access to Foundry’s online tools and resources.
Coming in 2021:
Action Plan: Track your goals and progress collaboratively with your service provider.
Circle of Care: Add your service providers and/or caregivers to your account. You have full control over the information you choose to share with them.
Medication History Log: Track your current and past prescribed medication.
