Upon attempting to launch, it tells me I have no internet connection and to check my WiFi. Except that I'm listening to a podcast while trying to open the app so internet isn't the problem. As another user said, everything is a micro service and the UX needs a LOT of work. This app seems like it was built for people in the accounting department instead of the clients. Do better.

I found what I was looking for but .. the app is not especially user friendly .. pages are awkward navigate. it struggles to switch between dental and medical coverage. whatever you do, keep a pen and paper handy. it seems to have many unexpected biometric sign in steps. ... the app is a decent last resort but it might be easier just to use a laptop browser.

Do NOT attempt to make a claim or any other multi-step activity using this app without first printing all necessary information. It cannot multitask, & calling customer support is not going to fix that. It refreshes after user switches back & forth between apps (such as when retrieving info from an email or invoice to make a claim). Useless for any purpose other than as a visual reminder to visit the website upon access to a desktop computer.
