(1) Cannot open my Claim Summary History result. File will not download or display on any of the 3 up to date android devices I use. Will not open on Chromebook either. Opens fine on Apple and PC. When my results are generated and I have the link to click to open the PDF, I used to have no issues until the last update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled: this app, Adobe Reader (which used to open this no problem, and opens all other pdfs from other sites, downloads, etc). Disappointing.

Sept '24 -now logs you out when you upload a receipt. Garbage app. July '24-This app hates people. You can't swap between apps, it logs you out. So make sure when completing your claim, which you can't save a draft of, that you are looking at a copy somewhere else, because you will need your provider's postal code (???) everytime. It should not take me 23 min to file a claim, yet here we are, with me having to start over because I had to find the receipt to upload. Why can't I save my provider??

I have used apps from 4 providers and this is the worse. If you try to make multiple claims it crashes with a 500 error. It is slow and does not cache information by between sessions like secondary providers so a lot of retyping. Feels like they took design queues from the 1990s when building the app.
