literally doesn't work. won't even let me log in. just says oops, something went wrong. we're experiencing unexpected technical issues. check back again later. well it's later now! and they're still having unexpected issues. maybe you should expect them by now. banner at the top about a more secure login process is really funny to me. they managed to make it so secure they've even locked out their clients. that's really inconvenient for me but I'm sure it's very convenient for their bottom line!

Upon attempting to launch, it tells me I have no internet connection and to check my WiFi. Except that I'm listening to a podcast while trying to open the app so internet isn't the problem. As another user said, everything is a micro service and the UX needs a LOT of work. This app seems like it was built for people in the accounting department instead of the clients. Do better.

the app is ok, but it is impossible to speak to someone for help. the customer service number is all automated computer response which is useless and I contacted them through the app for help multiple times about a pending claim and I have not heard back in weeks still. 0 customer service. and for the pending claim they mailed me a letter with no explanation of how or where to send the information. which all the information was already on the invoice. still waiting weeks later for a reply
