Hi, I’m experiencing consistent delays when using the “All Claims” view in the My Canada Life at Work app. It takes around 8 seconds to load my full claims history, even on a stable Wi-Fi connection. This happens repeatedly and makes the app feel slow to use. I’ve noticed that loading specific claim categories is sometimes faster, so the delay may be related to how all claims are aggregated. Could you please look into this or pass it along to your technical team?

This app is purposefully designed to be as inaccessible as possible. I kept getting error codes when signing up for my benefits account when I chose to opt out of giving them permission to use my personal information for their own use or when I would not access my account using fingerprint/face scan.

I've had enough! In order to finish making a claim, documents need to be attached ...because you are forced to essentially "leave" the app while selecting files, the app boots you back to the login screen. Absolute junk of a claims app. 0 stars
