One of the worst insurance service providers... That aside the app is beyond of whats called a failure. Log in starting with verify you are human, then authenticate, then wait we need to send you and verify it's you... And while checking my email when going back to the screen it has reset to start all over again unable to enter the verification code. This means forget about it when traveling you will not be able to access your app when you need it the most. Really give yourselfs a kick.

*Update* I came here to write a review, only to find I left a review 4 years ago. I can't believe a company can produce such a garbage app for so long! Every time I sign in it gives the message "it's not you, it's me". I saw other reviewers had the same issue with a response from the developers/Canada Life being to reinstall the app. I did so and same issue. Using an up to date Android device so issue doesn't seem to be on my side. Quite annoying to have to use the desktop site each time.

One could be forgiven for assuming the application is designed to ensure you can't actually claim for benefits. Try filling out a claim form. Get to the "attach receipts" step: a) can't take pictures to capture the receipt, b) upload button doesn't even do anything?!? Frustrating.
