Ratings and reviews

Every single screen is a micro service and takes forever to load. The screens for a secondary claim (after direct bill) are ridiculous: stop asking for the full amount and just ask for the amount being claimed and the amount already paid. The full service amount isn't even included on my receipts. If you switch out of the app for 5 minutes it logs you out and doesn't save your progress, so if you are filing a claim you need to start all over again.

I've had enough! In order to finish making a claim, documents need to be attached ...because you are forced to essentially "leave" the app while selecting files, the app boots you back to the login screen. Absolute junk of a claims app. 0 stars

This app is purposefully designed to be as inaccessible as possible. I kept getting error codes when signing up for my benefits account when I chose to opt out of giving them permission to use my personal information for their own use or when I would not access my account using fingerprint/face scan.
