HALEO is an online sleep clinic that helps you sleep better, longer, and without interruption so that you wake up feeling well-rested.
The HALEO programs last between 3 to 6 weeks. They provide positive results to people not satisfied with their sleep as well as to people suffering from chronic insomnia.

Your sleep is impacted by your behaviours, state of mind, and your body. Our sleep screener identifies the potential causes of your insomnia or poor sleep, so that we can give you strategies to improve it.

Our sleep therapists are here to guide you through your sleep program. They will introduce relevant content and strategies to help you improve your sleep, answer your sleep-related questions, and support and encourage you.
ACCESS CONTENT RELEVANT TO YOU
We provide a library of sleep-related articles and audio files curated for your sleep needs. The content is assigned to you as part of your customized sleep program.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Complete your sleep diary every day and track your progress. Your sleep therapist will review your results and send you personalized insights about your sleep.
ADDRESS YOUR INSOMNIA SYMPTOMS
Users who are reporting significant symptoms of chronic insomnia will be invited to start the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) with a registered therapist. Users who work “non-traditional” hours will typically be assigned to the Shift Work Program, which is a version of the CBT-I adapted to night workers and shift workers.

The HALEO Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) and the Shift Work Program (CBT-i for shift work) are available in Canada and in some states of the United States, in English and French.
