WHEN it works, it works lol... But most of the time there will be some kind of error that prevents me to submit my claim using this apps. And it never worked for me to attach any supporting documents. If I simply want to view previous claimed amount, or even to search up a drug with its DIN, it's a simple and fast way to do so. But really, the submission function almost never worked. I was lucky enough to have it worked maybe a few times in the past years. I gave the two stars for those times when I truly experienced how convenient it could be to submit a claim just like that with an app lol...makes it all the more disappointing when it doesn't work :(

Old version was ok but the updated app is not usable at all, nothing loads except the home page which just has the menu, every tab shows an error message "sorry, we can't show you this feature right now, we're working on getting it back online". I can't see my claims (only showing claims from 3 years ago), can't see my benefits card, can't check my balance, can't do anything. Web app is also useless, can't get past the plan ID page.

UPDATE 08/04/2024: The updated app doesn't even let me try to submit a claim, as the "Attach Documents" button doesn't work. You've somehow managed to make the app even worse, NM. The worst app I've ever used. Every time I try to submit a claim, I have to enter several pages of information, attach invoices, and after I click Submit at the last step, I get the message, "Sorry! Something went wrong. Try again later." Every. Single. Time. Would give zero stars if I could.
