I give 2 stars. App is clunky, slow, and can be confusing for beginners. I've been using it for years & it is still confusing for me sometimes. But the vast majority of frustration for me is the speed of the app. I have a super solid & fast fiber connection & a very stout wired mesh wifi system that gives full strength signal anywhere in my house, yet, I spend countless minutes watching the spinning circle trying to navigate the app to do menial tasks, like simply paying for a prescription.

I actually really like this app. Within the last half year, the app updated, and it is "no longer supported on my device," so I can't download the app to access my insurance card. IMO there is no reason for a healthcare app to only support the latest and greatest Android devices. I would really appreciate a fix to the current Android version required to use this app.

Doesn't work and is ridiculously glitchy. I've been trying to find in-network doctors, and all I get is a white screen that endlessly buffers. I tried using the AI function, and it took me in circles. You call and ask for help when they email you they send a link that doesn't work. I've done all available updates, uninstalled/reinstalled, changed devices and used the desktop version--- it simply doesn't function as it should
