I give 2 stars. App is clunky, slow, and can be confusing for beginners. I've been using it for years & it is still confusing for me sometimes. But the vast majority of frustration for me is the speed of the app. I have a super solid & fast fiber connection & a very stout wired mesh wifi system that gives full strength signal anywhere in my house, yet, I spend countless minutes watching the spinning circle trying to navigate the app to do menial tasks, like simply paying for a prescription.

Doesn't work and is ridiculously glitchy. I've been trying to find in-network doctors, and all I get is a white screen that endlessly buffers. I tried using the AI function, and it took me in circles. You call and ask for help when they email you they send a link that doesn't work. I've done all available updates, uninstalled/reinstalled, changed devices and used the desktop version--- it simply doesn't function as it should

Junk, new user and it worked one day. Now it just says oops something went wrong. Can log into my account on the computer just fine. I force stopped, cleared cash and memory, same issue. Uninstalled and reinstall and same thing. Really wish things would actually work, not a good first impression! update 7/18/26 this app still is junk! you can never log in. must change password every time. then maybe it possibly will accept your new password, most likely not. good luck trying to log in.
