About this app
Free up storage by tidying your photos — without ads, weekly subscriptions or surprises.
Tidyback finds similar photos, screenshots, large videos and blurry shots, then lets you decide. Nothing is deleted until you confirm, and on Android 11 and later deleted photos can usually be recovered for 30 days.
Free: delete up to 100 photos a month. Lifetime: one payment, no limits, no auto-renewal.
SEE WHAT YOU CAN FREE
• The home screen shows how much space you could tidy, split into Similar photos, Screenshots, Large videos (over 50 MB) and Blurry photos.
SWIPE ONE MONTH AT A TIME
• Go through a month of photos one by one: Keep or To delete.
• Undo anytime. Your progress is saved, so you can stop on the train and pick up later.
KEEP THE BEST SHOT
• Similar photos are grouped only when we're confident, and the sharpest one is suggested.
• Tap "Keep suggested only", check the picks, then add them to the basket.
NOTHING IS DELETED UNTIL YOU CONFIRM
• Everything you pick waits in a basket. Take photos out anytime.
• Delete everything in one go.
• On Android 11 and later, deleted photos go to the trash (usually 30 days) and can be restored from your gallery app. On older Android versions there is no trash, so Tidyback asks once more before deleting permanently.
• Backups in clouds like Google Photos stay as they are — Tidyback tells you exactly where your photos are after each delete.
• A deletion history records when and how many — never copies of your photos.
PROTECTION BUILT IN
• Favorite photos are protected automatically.
• Exclude albums you never want to touch.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Photos are analyzed only on this device and never uploaded. No account, no sign-up.
HONEST PRICING
• Swiping, scanning and the basket are free and unlimited. Free deletes: 100 a month, shown before you start picking.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase — no weekly or monthly subscription, no auto-renewal. Restore it anytime.
• No ads, in the free version too.
Available in English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Korean.
A simple photo cleaner and gallery organizer for clearing duplicate-looking shots, old screenshots and big videos when your phone storage is full.
