The Adapted Transport Access mobile application allows you to:
- Reserve, modify or cancel an occasional paratransit trip with STAC.
- Track your transport vehicle in real time on a map to locate its position.
- Consult the trips you have already made.
Functioning :
1 - Download the Adapted Transport Access mobile application.
2 - Log in to your account. If you are using the app for the first time, call STAC to get your login information. If you already have your username and password on hand, log in.
3 - Book your adapted transport.
4 - When you travel, follow your transport vehicle on the map to know its arrival time.
This application is available to customers already admitted to STAC only.
Please note that when you first connect to the application, you must call STAC to be given your connection information, including your password.
