Takes your money but nothing else. I bought a 5 day ticket which shows in my history, after a number of error messages and uninstalling and re-installing the app, but the ticket page says I have no tickets. Thankfully bus drivers have been letting me ride when I try to explain, in English, that I actually have a ticket which is ridiculous, inconvenient, and stressful. Do not use; does not work. I can't buy tickets most of the time because of the ID verification that doesn't even have any button to click in order to proceed, it's just a dead end. Every time I want to take the monthly pass, I'm blocked and can't proceed and sometimes it takes a week or two before I can purchase anything, it is not a problem with my card. It gets annoying not being able to register our payment information once and for all in our account. It's been more than 2 years this problem goes on

I used this app during my trip to Quebec city and I found it very convenient for tourists. Purchase tickets was easy. The only thing is that the tutorial should include how to use multiple tickets at same time. I found out I can have 2 tickets activated at same time and it was handy so my husband doesn't download the app himself. That could be good when you travel as family.
