With the Staples Commercial Account mobile app, you and your employees can securely authenticate themselves as authorized users and access your company’s credit account to shop at any Staples retail location throughout Canada.

Here’s how:
1. Login as an authorized user of your company’s account with two-factor authentication or biometric login (if available & supported by your device)
2. Generate short-term-use barcode to access your user account*
3. Confirm before authorizing

App users can also view your itemized invoice details, as well as manage your account status (credit balance and available credit) and invoice history.
