Sitio is a community-built campsite-finding app for everyone who travels with a tent, a van, a rooftop tent, or a rig. Find free wild camping, dispersed sites, paid campgrounds, and the places only locals know — across the Americas and beyond.
Every spot on Sitio is added by real campers, with real photos, honest reviews, and the practical info you actually need: cell signal, road condition, vehicle fit, water, dump stations, and whether you can sleep there in peace.

• Convoy Mode — share your live location with friends while you're rolling, so you can find each other on the map
• Plan border crossings with Pan-American border info written by the people who just crossed

Sitio started for the long-distance overland crowd — Pan-American travelers, vanlifers, off-grid weekenders — and it's just as useful if you're picking a state-park campground or looking for a quiet pull-off on a road trip with the kids.
The map is community-built. The more people who add a spot, post a review, or update bad info, the better it gets. Every contribution helps the next camper find a good night's sleep.
PRIVACY
You decide what you share. Location sharing with friends is opt-in and tiered — nobody, selected friends, all friends, or everyone. Convoy Mode only runs while you're recording a drive. You can delete your account and your data anytime from inside the app.
SITIO PRO (optional)
A Sitio Pro subscription unlocks offline maps, satellite and overlay layers, border guides, Convoy Mode, and a few extras built for travelers heading off-grid. The core map and the community stay free.

What’s new

Your free 3-month Pro trial is now yours to unlock when you're ready — the app offers it instead of starting it silently. Sign-up is calmer and ends with a short location-privacy page: nobody sees your location unless you choose. New: an offline emergency-numbers directory, ferry routes on the map, an unread-messages badge, and a live pin for friends while you record a drive. Groups and Lists open faster, and saved drives appear on the map immediately.
