The app is good but it seems whatever system it runs on is the real issue. Simple transactions such as limit changes, immediate payments etc not available every other day. Surely the app was meant to be convenient and consistent in its performance? I don't want to contact anyone else in this regard. Fix the app.

My experience with this app has been great, but after 2 years it's still missing a simple refresh option to update account balances when doing an online transaction. You need to sign out and back in to check your account balance. Also missing 'time' stamps on notifications, transaction history, etc, you have to get an account statement to check exact time of a transaction.

As a banking app it ticks all the basic needs to be fulfilled from app. But it crashes too often after hours, which can leave you vulnerable if you need to use app after 00:00 which is a risky hours. Also the fact the app can only be used on device is annoying, most users have multiple devices, it would be great to have it on a secondary phone if something happens to the other phone
