Ratings and reviews

App is easy to use but glitchy. Scheduling screen, insurance entry screen often come up with a black screen and null value pop up. Uploading insurance card images takes multiple tries before the image saves. When insurance is finally loaded, the app says it can't verify it and asks for payment in full. (Pivotal is a Tier 1 provider with my insurance so that should not be an issue.) Telephone icon in the top right corner of the screen does nothing.

Easy to schedule appointments, and urgent care that comes to your house. Minor glitches with phone number on the upper right not working. Thought, all things considered scheduling and health care for urgent care, the way that it should be.

My first time using them is when my sister had told me about them when she said that they went to our mom house. So she gave me the name and the phone number and I called them the next day to get a appointment to get tested and I called them again to get tested for the second time. It was wonderful to have something like this to have someone to come out to your house instead of going to a place where you have to wait for a period of time. Thanks Pivotal Health!
