About this app

The free PelvicTool app makes pelvic floor training visible with the PelvicTool. The app gives you an insight into the level of contraction in your pelvic floor muscles and your training performance and progress.

The PelvicTool app only works together with the PelvicTool (to be ordered in the Alonea web shop (https://alonea.ch/de/shop/).

After downloading the app on your smartphone or tablet, make sure Bluetooth is on and location is enabled. For training, place the sensor tube with the seat cushion provided on a flat stool and start the PelvicTool app. Connect the app to the PelvicTool by briefly pressing the soft turquoise sensor tube. The training takes place sitting on the PelvicTool, wearing light clothing. With your app-supported training, you will learn to tense and release your pelvic floor muscles. The sensor tube detects even small contractions and displays them visually via the app on your tablet or smartphone. You can see the training success in real time and learn to target your pelvic floor muscles more and more as the training progresses.
