No matter where you are or what time it is, BCV Mobile has the information you need close at hand.
Thanks to its simple and practical features, you can:

- locate BCV branches and ATMs
- get a quick overview of the world’s major financial markets,
- look up the latest exchange rates and convert currencies easily,
- find the phone number for BCV’s customer service (if your card is lost or stolen, for example).

BCV Mobile users can:

- make QR invoces payments or to Swiss bank accounts, payments, transfers or make international payments.

Ratings and reviews

After the update, I cannot log in. It says I reached the maximum number of attempts, even though it is my first attempt, and before the update, all was good. It asks for my ID or to send me a letter by post. I click the ID version and it says, "Error, please get one by post." i choose post it asks for my phone number and than goes to error again. So at least for 3 days, I cannot access my account because of you. since i need to call and wait for post

BCV bank does not care about the clients. Using Graphene OS on a Pixel 9a. BCV Twint cannot be used with my device but all other TWINT app are available. I will be switching the bank just for this. Unacceptable

I am only using the app for authentication, to login into my ebanking from my browser. For this purpose, it works fine. But, if you are reading this dear BCV, please let me have the app installed on 2 devices simultaneously, so that I can use any of the devices interchangebly. This is standard with other banks (ZKB, UBS). Edit_2: clearly, it is technically possible. Why don't you ask ZKB how to do it, if you don't have the capability?
