The online coaching in the app is perfectly tailored to your everyday life and is of course medically tested. It accompanies you on your way to your desired weight and supports you in keeping your target weight stable.
The method: calorie requirement and calorie intake are in balance. Record what you ate and how much exercise you did in your personal nutrition and fitness diary. The program continuously shows you calorie intake and consumption, so that your daily energy balance can be seen immediately.
