Just WOW! I am a project manager looking for a good way to track employee time on job. I manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines. When I first found this app it appeared useful but I did not want to pay for a subscription. So the app has sat in my phone unused for many months until one day when at my wits end I finally relented and used the team synchronization and all I can say is wow! The online interface is intuitive and so very useful. I cannot stop saying I love this app to anyone within earshot.
This helps keep me track. I used it for a while, then stopped and my productivity dropped. I'm back on it! It's great because you can set up different projects, like marketing or admin, and then do separate tasks within each project, like payroll or ad design. It helps me understand how much time in spending on each activity, which allows me to maximize my productivity. It's not flashy, but it gets the job done.
Good for helping me know how to plan. This is like a budget, good to use for a while in order to know how my time is being used. I typically use it for a couple weeks at a time then stop. This works best because I have found that I waste less time now than I used to. I'll come back again in 6 months and check my times again.
Easily Track Each Process! This app has helped me track all the complicated steps in my art process, and with this information I have been able to better see how I am spending my time! Highly customizable, once you get the hang of it and get yourself organized you can track your time and switch between tasks with a single tap! I am very excited to finally get organized, and this app has been a huge help.
Good at what it does, but... As someone who doesn't constantly check their phone and keeps it in their pocket, I found myself often forgetting to stop a timer, thus eventually forgetting to to [re-]start them. This was pretty typical due to workplace interruptions. I think this app would benefit greatly from a user-defined task timer that would remind us when we're approaching the estimated time, or even Pomodoro-style.
Time tracking with ease. Only thing I didn't find so far, is the overall time spent on a project which is not relevant to the time duration of the viewing in Report mode
