This app eases time tracking for work immensely. I switch projects pretty often on a given day, and it's important for me to accurately record how much time I spend on each project. Instead of manually recording start and stop times, this app allows me to switch tasks with a few taps. Even better, if my phone dies or something, it stores the last task I was working on and starts recording again when I re-open the app with the assumption that I was still working on that project.

I was hopeful the organizational approach and online backup capability offered by this app would be perfect for my needs. However, I have come to realize that users are unable to delete mistakenly added domains/projects/tasks—they can only be "deactivated." This wouldn't be an issue, except that deactivating is the only way to hide an entry to keep things clutter-free on the web interface, which also excludes the domain/project/task from charts and reports! Horrible! Can't use.

Versatile timeclock. I use this everyday to track projects. The interface has many options and is easy to use once familiar with it. Once you have each project set up, just click to start and stop the clock for a particular task! It is a timesaver. The reports are versatile, and far more efficient than trying to type dates and times to Excel. You can export to Excel. I do this as a secondary backup. I happen to use Domains to organize the Projects, but not everyone needs those.
