The myHelsana app is a quick, easy and accessible way to deal with all of your important health insurance matters, such as your questions, invoices and contact details.

The app overall works really well, the only issue i came across is when trying to login, there's too many prompts on samsung, i get prompt with a samsung pass fingerprint, then when i get to the mtan request it takes over 10 minutes to actually receive a message on my phone number to login and when i finally get my message i have to add my credentials again which puts me in an endless loop stucked in the login screen.

The app has a horrible login bug where after entering the tab i redirects me to the login screen so I end up in an endless loop and can't login.

Good app app, excellent scan feature. It miss a "mark as read" or "mark all as read" button for the different elements received, like the files (counter at 99+ for years now...) I noticed some weird translations in english. Maybe, add notifications for internal messaging only, too...
