Inferior to gboard. Some features it needs: better prediction. When you delete a word, it doesn't learn and will gladly suggest the same word over and over again. Which wouldn't be so bad if you could tap the backspace once to delete last entry. And would be even better if you could use the space bar cursor control while multiple languages are active. Why would anyone need rapid language selection more than cursor control?? Gboard isn't perfect but it's much more user friendly.

Intuitive, easy to use, and I love the way the punctuation is set up! Recently, it's more difficult to access pinyin for traditional Chinese characters. It just wants me to draw the characters, and although I can recognize them, I can't always recall them enough to draw them. I would like it if the pinyin on the Chinese keyboard was brought back. For Roman-alphabet languages, it works great, and the predictive text is awesome.

SwiftKey is the cream of the crop in virtual keyboards. I haven't found anything else that even comes close. But lately I've noticed the themes and several other buttons are not reacting at all. Predictions aren't sensible and they vary widely between apps. And sadly, the new blue Google voice typing plugin does not work seamlessly. No predictions, no corrections and takes two gestures just to get back to edit. I don't know if Android, Samsung or Google is behind this or what. Worse and worse.
