I purchased a prepaid plan under the suggestion of my colleagues, but I wish to cancel it due to my inactivity or usage of the plan or my mobile device. I tried communicating to them about this via live chat. But all I got are silence. They did not question or answer me further and that is all. So canceling is very hard for me and they do not wish to do anything about it

I tried to cancel my plan because I’ll be abroad for a year. Lebara told me to switch to another plan, saying it would be similar (fixed price, unlimited data). Months later I was charged CHF 39, and the plan turned out to be pay-per-use and much more expensive. Since then, I’ve spent hours in chatbot loops, can’t reach a human, and my SIM has no signal. I cannot cancel or fix the plan. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

Full of bugs. Doesn't even allow me to sign in. It froze in a loading loop. Before that, it wouldn't send me the login code, enither by email or sms. Usless, like the service itself. Never ever, in your life, for no reason, use Lebara in Switzerland! Worst service ever! The app only continues the horrific quality of service!
