The support button never works. Charges for calls abroad are nowhere to be seen. It says “Calls to countries outside of Europe are charged at the standard rate.” buts it's a loop as it goes to tariffs and come back to the same place. extremely hard to find other fees as well. it should be clearly marked at the bottom of the website, or within the client area. suspicious.

The worst experience ever. It simply does not work and should be scrapped. The waiting time for any simple menu selection can be up to INFINITY! It simply shows you these super annoying moving vertical rectangles and freezes. Simply awful. Allo Yallo! Is there anyone there with a brain? having seen more and more Internet and mobile phone providers spring up in Switzerland recently, I can only assume Yallo are now in the minority and are on their way out. Good. The signal in my house is nil.

I used Yallo for a while — worst experience ever. I requested to cancel my postpaid contract, called the 0800 number as instructed, and stopped getting bills for two months. Then, after four months, bills started coming again. They claimed my account was never terminated. Despite multiple emails, I keep getting redirected to the same 0800 number and still receive bills.
