Twango is a rubber-band duel across two desks.
Pull the band, tilt to aim, and let go. Your opponent hides behind the things on their table: a plant, a cup, a laptop, a lamp. And every hit chips away at their cover until there's nowhere left to hide. Then it's their turn to come after you.
Play against a friend at your own pace: take your turn, hand it over, and get a nudge when they've fired back. Or practise against the bot, which is not a good loser.
Choose what stands on your table. The four classics come with the game; the shop has more, each with a habit of its own:
• The Cactus catches the bands shot at you and hoards them until it breaks.
• The Record Player puts on a song for your opponent when it takes a hit.
• The Piggy Bank pays out a band when it's smashed.
• The Tennis Racket sends a band straight back at whoever shot it.
Pull too hard and the band tears, and that costs you, not them.
Twango is a game of nerve as much as aim: the band never quite sounds the same twice.
