All other Raiffeisen apps are in English just e-banking not. The app to create bank account is in English, but the account management itself is not. Why do you assume that you clients speak only one of DE FR IT languages?

Dear Adam Gonda, thank you for your feedback. The E-Banking app is indeed available in Switzerland's three official languages: French, German and Italian. The most frustrating app I have ever used. There is always something that doesnt work with it. Often, my fingerprint activation doesn't work so I need to reactivate each month; I am a German language beginner so I have set my account to English but any time there is a pop up message from them, it's in German and I can't take a screen shot of the message for security reasons; and when I got a new phone, I had to download the app, which then became a two week process of security issues. Painful.

The app stopped using the stored password, that is pretty annoying. Generally the login is clunky.
