Open your account as a new client in a fully digital process using the Raiffeisen app. Verify your identity in an a few simple steps using your passport or ID and a selfie.
You can then get started right away:
• Access your accounts immediately after the identification process and keep an eye on your assets at all times.
• Open additional private or savings accounts
• Contact your Raiffeisen bank via the app. For example, you can use it to arrange an appointment for a telephone or in-person consultation.
• Easily record payments and account transfers, scan QR bills, and approve eBill invoices.
• Track payments and standing orders.
• Manage and control your credit and debit cards. Change limits or block your card. Simply and directly in the app.
• Change personal information and access documents in the app.
The offer to open a new customer relationship via app is not aimed at customers domiciled outside Switzerland. Customers domiciled outside Switzerland can only open individual products via the app if they are already existing customers.
