Ratings and reviews

Its a good app but it would be better if the parking feature can have the full map. It currently prevents you from scrolling too far out in the map which makes it impractical if you forget to pay the parking and youre on a train. I also find it slightly annoying that the QR-Feature is removed in some stores/parking, but maybe thats just an individual app problem. The app also doesnt work without signal unlike other payment apps on the market.

I used to love it and used it several times a day. However, last week I sent money to a wrong number. Noticed it immediately but there's no way to revert a payment. The recipient says they declined the money but I never got it back. Twint says that's my problem, they will not try to track the money. That lack of customer support destroyed my trust in the app. At least implement a way to revert payments within 3 minutes or similar, if you're not going to help your customers.

Although there is only 2 buttons ("Ok" and "Forgotten Pin") in the welcome screen, the app designer puts them so close that you can accidently block your account very easily. Very smart design!! Then you cannot unblock your account, because the hotline is always out of service or too busy!!!!! and tehre is no other way to recover your account. Dont expect the Swiss quality here! Use another bank.
