I used to love it and used it several times a day. However, last week I sent money to a wrong number. Noticed it immediately but there's no way to revert a payment. The recipient says they declined the money but I never got it back. Twint says that's my problem, they will not try to track the money. That lack of customer support destroyed my trust in the app. At least implement a way to revert payments within 3 minutes or similar, if you're not going to help your customers.

After too many transactions they just stop the transactions without warning you before or informing you what is the reason. That's a nogo. Another friend told me, they did transactions without confirmation of the transaction. With newest updaten, there is a loadstop, when I want to check the past transaction (a bug on S10).

Dear Abaracadabara, Thank you for your message. The limit of using the TWINT app depends on the amount of money you want to transfer. The limit for debits is CHF 5000.00 and the limit for credits is CHF 4000.00. Those limits can not be increased but decreased. For further questions you may call us on 0848 847 333. The app has become completely unusable on my mobile phone. At first, everything was working smoothly and I was happy with the features. After a few days, however, the app began to freeze on the home screen. Following multiple reinstalls, it continued to freeze, this time on the very first page, not even allowing me to press the "Start" button. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
