- Buy and renew your monthly or yearly seasonal ticket wherever, whenever.
- Transfer your existing seasonal paper-based ticket into the app.
- Use your app-based U-Abo during a ticket inspection.
- Never forget to renew your seasonal ticket, the app reminds you before your seasonal ticket expires.
- Upload your portrait picture and use the app to identify yourself. No need for a separate ID.
- Changed your mobile? Got a new mobile number? Simply restore your seasonal ticket within the app.
- Simple refund process.
- Pay your seasonal ticket with credit card (Mastercard, VISA) or PostFinance.
- Simply receive your purchase receipts via E-Mail.
- Ask questions and get support by using the in-app form or our support hotline.
- Available in German and English.

How can you get a reduced fare seasonal ticket within the app?

1. Provide your eligibility
Please contact one of our information desks from the BLT or BVB and show your company badge or your DI-beneficiary card.

2. Transfer
Transfer your paid, reduced fare seasonal ticket into your app. Your personal information is verified through the transfer without the need to register again within the app.

3. In-app renewal
Your reduced fare status is kept within the app. Profit form the reduced fare price until your permission expires.

Unable to renew my U-Abo. No matter what, removing the app and reinstalling, your app is unable to connect to the server! Your personals at the front disk are unable to solve the problem. Please spend some of the cash you collect from your clients on some qualified programmers to solve the trouble! What's use to advertise for a U-Abo that you are unable to maintain or undate!? Sick and tired of your service.

I got thiswhen it first came out. I can count the number of times it worked on 1 hand and I haven't even used up all of my fingers yet. Jan 2019 until now this didn't display my subscription but told me valid ticket data exists every time I tried to purchase a new one. I've since spent CHF 172 on tickets to work and back. Today this app decided to function, turns out my subscription is valid until Feb 20th and I've spent almost 200 bucks on an excuse so I don't get fined for not having a ticket.

Final price does not correspond to the price that is displayed in the app. A small pop-up just states that it's 6 Frs. more expensive now. Not nice.
