With the Visana app, you always have your health insurance at hand. Whether for a quick overview of your insurance or to submit your medical bills quickly and easily. No matter where you are, no matter when you need us: Access our services easily and directly with your smartphone when you are on the go.

requirements
Existing myVisana customers can use the myVisana portal within the app. Alternatively, you can register via the app. A valid email address and mobile phone number are required to log in. The other Visana services within the Visana app are accessible to both customers and non-customers. The Visana app is free.

Your data is safe with us
Data protection has top priority. In this way, myVisana is protected by a multi-level security infrastructure. Nevertheless, Visana recommends protecting the smartphone against unauthorized access with a PIN code. Note that you will never share your information.

Ratings and reviews

Poorly optimized. Incredibly slow and laggy. Once again, another proof that Swiss Health Insurance companies are a complete disbelief.

Lately it only crashes. Before or started crashing a few weeks ago, I could not sign in due to login errors, even with proper credentials. A couple months ago it still worked, but even then it was a pretty clunky app with bad UI. But still slightly better than using their web interface. (P.S. Clearing cache or app data does not help. Nor does reinstalling. Android 10.)

This app is really bad. I have been logged out for over 3 months. It won't send me a new login to my email. I spoke with the team on the phone they won't help. I spoke with the local office team they can't help. Looks like, not only the app is useless but the whole team at visana is also useless. Very disappointed in the customer service. I was very happy with the company and the app until now. However I would not recommend based on my latest experience.
