The app is easy to navigate and I like how it looks. Can find everything I need. However, I tried to pay y monthly bill with TWINT for the first time today, I made the payment on my TWINT app, then went back to the Yallo app and it crashed, so now I have no idea if the payment has gone through because the Yallo app cannot tell you for a few days. It makes me nervous to make a payment through the app again now.

Imagine that every time you want to send a WhatsApp message you had to login and wait for a sms or email... how hard is to make an app that is authenticated with 1 device?! UBS logins with a finger... ideas 4 u ;) also they should love that you forgot to make a payment because the app never reminds you that you need to pay your monthly. The data is also incorrect, i've made phone calls and it does not show on the records... no idea how they track stuff. Certainly there is a house for improvement
