About this app

The “ZugerKB Access” app enables you to log in to Zuger Kantonalbank’s e-banking service and approve payments conveniently and securely.

Our app meets the most stringent security standards while at the same time offering great flexibility for use via your smartphone. “ZugerKB Access” also functions without an internet or telephone connection, and can be used immediately after the first activation.

The “ZugerKB Access” app is aimed at clients of Zuger Kantonalbank who use our e-banking service.
In order to use the app, you will need an e-banking agreement with Zuger Kantonalbank that is approved for “ZugerKB Access”. After installing the app on your device, you then log in to e-banking with your agreement number and personal password. A notification will then appear on your smartphone or tablet asking you to confirm the login. You will then end up directly in e-banking.

The app is free of charge. However, costs may be applied to data transfer by the relevant provider.
