The security of your data is extremely important to Zuger Kantonalbank. Data is transmitted in encrypted form. Moreover, the first time you activate the app, the device is registered in your personal e-banking agreement. Please adhere to the following security recommendations:
‒ Protect your device with a PIN code. Use the automatic blocking feature and the code block to protect the device against unauthorized access. Never leave the device unattended.
‒ Always use the latest version of the operating system and the ZugerKB Mobile Banking app.
‒ Use the encrypted Wi-Fi network at home or the provider's mobile network. These are more secure than public or freely accessible Wi-Fi networks.
