About this app

LSTracker is a mobile and web application designed to ensure the digital traceability of biological samples, from their collection at healthcare sites to their reception and processing in laboratories.

It allows couriers, laboratory technicians, and supervisors to track the progress of each sample in real time, record non-conformities, and notify the availability of results.

Main features:
• Recording and tracking of samples collected in the field.
• Automatic status notification (in transit, received, analyzed, results available).
• Real-time tracking of deliveries between sites and laboratories.
• Non-conformity management and complete process traceability.
• View activity reports (region, district, site, laboratory, courier).
• Web access for performance monitoring and analysis.

Security and confidentiality:
• Secure authentication and user role management.
• No personal identity data.
• Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS).

LSTracker is deployed as part of the Integrated Sample Transport project, implemented by I-TECH CIV in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Côte d'Ivoire and its technical partners.
