Without doubt the worst app in Israel. Most people using it would be in some kind of need or emergency. Its not fit for purpose. Its singular most idiotic function is that if you try, like old people do, too many times, they lock you out for 12 hours !!!!!! Its unfathomable. Thoughtless and careless. It needs an overhaul.

After a far too long signup process, my first attempt to log in to the actual app failed despite me using the correct password, user code, and ID number. I had to change my password just to be able to access my account, only for it to freeze, show an error code, and force me to close and re-open it in order to use the app, only for it to once again block me despite using the correct credentials *again* How can I use your app if I have to reset my password every time I want ro log in?

I can't see most of the texts in dark mode, also can't switch the app to light mode.
