Ratings and reviews

The UI is awful for finding what you need. Some of the links lead to broken URLs No ability to filter doctors when setting up appointment in any way. And some options (like ordering a the document to fill to make clalit pay for the insured stuff) is giving me error for 7 days straight Support is telling me "its a you problem" and hangs up If i weren't forced to be a clalit costumer you wouldn't find me touching this app with a 5 meter pole And if i could award it with less than 1 star i would

Way too many bugs, the app is unusable, what's the point of having an app if it doesn't work?? at least with the old version you could book an appointment, with this version u just get 'technical difficulties' wherever you click!!

I will not mention it is available in Hebrew only, while restrict access to medical services based on language knowledge smells bad. Get one translator per language for app interface is much easier than find language native doctors. Next, when user goes into medical app, he goes for medical help. Force the user in the moment he need help to change the password is absolutely unacceptable, not mentioning the NIST 800-63B now consider changing of non-compromised password a bad practice.
