About a week that i can not open the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still not working. Until then all was fine. Any advice?

the app (although it's up to date) shows a blank screen on start up, I cannot use it at all.

After a far too long signup process, my first attempt to log in to the actual app failed despite me using the correct password, user code, and ID number. I had to change my password just to be able to access my account, only for it to freeze, show an error code, and force me to close and re-open it in order to use the app, only for it to once again block me despite using the correct credentials *again* How can I use your app if I have to reset my password every time I want ro log in?
